Cancellation Policy

Accepted Answer

Luna requires a 48 Hour notice in the event of cancellations. If 48 Hour notice is not provided, we will charge the credit card on file 50% of services reserved, this includes rescheduling on the day of the original reservation. No-shows will be charged 100% of the reserved services. Policies are subject to change.

To cancel any appointment, please call us at 219-515-2793.

Tardiness Policy

Luna has a 15 minute tardiness policy. If you are running late to your appointment, please call to inform us. Should you arrive beyond 15 minutes later than your scheduled appointment, you may have to forfeit the entire appointment and cancellation fee may apply.

Refunds & Adjustments

Luna Beauty Studio strives for satisfaction with every service through thorough consultations and professional expertise. While we do not offer refunds, if you are not satisfied, we invite you to discuss adjustments with your original service provider, complimentary, within one week of your service.

Question 4

No Littles Policy

To ensure the comfort of all our guests and beauty professionals, and most importantly, the safety of your children, we kindly request that you refrain from bringing children under the age of 12 unless they are accompanied by another adult who is not receiving services.

We cannot guarantee their safety in the salon or the proper execution of your time-sensitive services due to the presence of hot tools, chemical products, sharp objects, unattended areas, shelving, heavy furniture, and the lack of facilities to care for children during your service.

For everyone's safety, it is best that your children remain safe and out of harm's way.

We greatly appreciate your understanding.

Lost or Stolen Property

Luna Beauty Studio is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property, whether from salon stations or spa suites or other locations on the premises. Inquire at the Front Desk for lost articles.
